No. WA Multi is independent third-party desktop software built around WhatsApp Web sessions; it is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
Will reinstalling Windows WA Multi sign me out?
Session continuity depends on the existing local app data and WhatsApp linked-device state. Do not delete local app profiles when updating.
