1. Acceptance
By using the WA Multi website, desktop application, account services or paid plans, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Independent software
WA Multi is a third-party desktop workspace for organizing web sessions. We do not provide WhatsApp accounts, WhatsApp numbers, WhatsApp hosting, or WhatsApp API access through the desktop workspace.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the devices you use, the credentials and QR authentication you control, and your compliance with WhatsApp's current terms, policies and applicable law. WhatsApp's own terms apply independently to your use of WhatsApp.
4. Pro subscriptions
Pro subscriptions unlock additional WA Multi application features according to the plan presented at checkout. Subscription fees are billed through the configured payment processor. Cancellation and billing management are available through the customer billing portal when enabled.
5. No guarantee of third-party service availability
WhatsApp may change its website, linked-device behavior, authentication flow or other service behavior. WA Multi cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with a third-party service that it does not control.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use WA Multi to conduct unlawful activity, gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, impersonate WhatsApp or Meta, or use third-party accounts without authorization.
7. Intellectual property
WA Multi's original code, design, branding and website content belong to their respective owners. WhatsApp names, marks, logos and service assets belong to their respective owners and are not claimed by WA Multi.
8. Disclaimer
WA Multi is provided on an as-available basis. Except where law requires otherwise, we disclaim warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WA Multi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the application or third-party services.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The current version published on this page governs your continued use after it takes effect.
