1. What this website collects
When you create a WA Multi account, we may collect your name, email address, authentication data, subscription information and support-related information you choose to provide. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored as raw card details by WA Multi.
2. Desktop session data
The desktop application is designed to keep WhatsApp Web session data on your device. The WA Multi website backend does not need your WhatsApp conversation content to provide account or subscription management. We will document any future feature that changes this architecture before enabling it.
3. Subscriptions
When Stripe is enabled, Stripe processes subscription payments and provides billing-management infrastructure. WA Multi receives subscription identifiers and status information needed to provide entitlements and customer support.
4. Security
We use standard application controls including password hashing, secure sessions, CSRF protection and access-controlled administrative routes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Retention
Account and billing records are retained only as needed for account operation, customer support, legal obligations and dispute handling.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your website account subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
7. Third-party services and links
WA Multi may link to or rely on third-party services such as Stripe and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
